No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter: Sweepstakes begins 09/01/2008 Eastern Time (ET) 12:01 am,
and ends 10/31/2008 PM ET 11:59PM (entry period
). To enter online, go to

period, follow the instructions to upload your pet's picture and your contact information.
Pictures of pets only (no owners) are allowed entry. All photos (except those deemed
inappropriate) that abide by the sweepstakes conditions will be posted on the web site. This
is the only way to enter. No other method of entry will be accepted.
Limit one entry/photo per email address.
On a weekly basis, Monday–Sunday with a drawing on Monday all qualified entries received will be
entered into a sweepstakes drawing to award one prize of a $100 gift certificate from 1-800-Pet-Meds.
Total prize offering $400.
Conditions: Incomplete entries or entries that are inaccurate are void.
By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility
requirements. All entries/photographs become the property of PETMED Express (Sponsor
)
and will not be returned or acknowledged. All photographs must be of the entrant's pet and must
have permission of any person/pet appearing in the digital photograph to be able to grant the
sponsor the right to display the photograph submission on line or in print. Submission of all
entries/photographs grants PETMED Express the right to use such entries/photographs in all forms
and media for all purposes, including advertising, trade or any commercial purpose. Previously published
photographs or photographs that have won any other award will be disqualified. Entry/photograph
cannot defame or invade the rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise
infringe upon any third party’s personal or proprietary rights. This sweepstakes will be conducted
under the supervision of the Sponsor and Marden-Kane, Inc/ whose decisions are final and binding.
The weekly prize winners maybe required to sign an affidavit of eligibility verifying compliance
with rules and a publicity release (where legal). Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of
the winner. The prize will be awarded. No transfer or substitution of prizes permitted. In the
event of a dispute over the identity of an Internet entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by
the holder of the e-mail account. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official
rules including all eligibility requirements. Neither PetMed Express, any telephone network or service
providers, nor Marden-Kane, Inc., are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry
information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmissions. In addition,
failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or inability to access the website or
online service, or any other error or malfunction is not the responsibility of the sponsor.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age and older at time of entry. Employees and agents of PetMed Express (D/B/A 1-800-PetMeds) and Marden-Kane, Inc. and their respective subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families of each may not enter. Sweepstakes void where prohibited and is subject to all local, state and federal laws and regulations. In addition entrants grant Sponsor the right to use their photograph for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes or photo databases without compensation or permission (unless prohibited by law). All entrants authorize the Sponsor to place a caption with the published photo, which includes first name, state, and the name of the pet. No other information will be made public. Winners agree to indemnify the sponsor from any losses or damages of any kind resulting from posting a photo of the winning pet on the web site. Sponsor reserves the right to add to or change these rules without prior notification. All changes will be noted on this page and be available at any time. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the sweepstakes or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the sweepstakes and award the prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to the expiration date, notice will be posted on at http://www.1800petmedscutepets.com Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsors and their agents. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors or problems in connection with any related materials.
Who Won: For the names of the winners, go to http://www.1800petmedscutepets.com/winners.htm winners names will be posted approximately one week after the drawing.
